Refund Policy

We appreciate your trust and devotion in our temple services. The nominal charges collected for Prasad are utilized for temple Anna Prasad activities. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Prasad Individual Bookings:

Once an order is placed for Prasad, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if a devotee is unable to receive the Prasad on the scheduled day, they may reschedule their booking for another available date if they inform in prior or send a reschedule request at least 1 day prior.

2. Prasad Bulk Bookings:

For bulk orders placed in advance, cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 2-3 days before the scheduled date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. Any cancellations made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Accommodation Bookings:

Once the accommodation is booked, the rooms are allotted based on canceling the next aspired devotee. In this case, if the booking person provides a valid reason, 50% of the amount may be refunded.

4. Hall Bookings:

Once halls are booked, no refund can be initiated.

5. Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
